However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is the reserve forces belonging to 13 sub-committees designated in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu.

1. On October 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) had the mind to forge and submit a hospital diagnostic certificate to postpone the reserve forces training; (b) around October 20, 2015, the Defendant purchased a medical certificate form from an Internet site; and (c) had “15-566” in the bottle number column using a unit program; (d) “2015-1020” in the bottle name column; (b) “non-dynamic size infection in the bottle name column”; (c) “20 October 20, 2015”; (d) “The date of the outbreak column”; and (d) “The name and address of the 20th,21, and 222th,” and “The date of the diagnosis column in the future treatment opinion column,” and “The name and address of the original dental clinic No. 3 days,” “the 20th, 10th,” and “the 20th, 10th,” and “the 20th,” column.

Accordingly, the Defendant, for the purpose of exercising a certificate of fact, forged a medical certificate in the name of H, which is a private document related to the certification of fact, and forged a medical certificate in the same way 47 times from that time to November 22, 2018, as shown in the attached list of crimes.

2. On October 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around October 20, 2015, at the reserve forces Bdong located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, issued and used a forged diagnosis document as if it were a document duly formed as described in paragraph (1); and (b) exercised a forged diagnosis document 47 times from that time until November 22, 2018, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

3. No person who violates the provisions of the Reserve Forces Act shall intentionally cause any reason to postpone mobilization or training, or commit any false act;

Nevertheless, the Defendant is Seoul. From October 20, 2015 to November 22, 2018.
