1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 72,931,902 and KRW 72,335,391 among them, as regards the Plaintiff’s KRW 72,931,902. From March 20, 2015 to August 31, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act:

In accordance with the amendment of the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal of Lawsuits, since the statutory interest rate was 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, the part of the claim that exceeds such scope shall be dismissed.
