성폭력범죄의처벌등에관한특례법위반(주거침입준강제추행)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
From September 2016, the defendant and the victim B (the family name, the female, the age of 16) are adjoining neighbors who live in the next house from around September 2016, and the victim is receiving special education from around October 2016 due to intellectual disability.
