Reasons
The reason for appeal by the defendant is that the punishment of the court below is heavy, and the reason for appeal by the public prosecutor is that the punishment of the court below
However, considering the circumstances and the conditions of sentencing stated in the reasoning of the decision of the court below as well as the grounds of the decision of the court below, it is not recognized that the sentencing is heavy or unhutiled.
All appeals by the defendant and the prosecutor are dismissed.
