1. The Plaintiff shall share 3/12, Defendant D and E, Defendant F, C, and B, respectively, in the amount of KRW 1,764 square meters G forest G in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-do, and 2/12.
Reasons
Description of Claim
The Plaintiff, the owner of 1,764m2 in Gangseo-gu G Forest G-gun, Gangwon-gu, had completed the duration of superficies under the name of the deceased H with respect to the said land. As such, the Plaintiff sought cancellation of the registration of creation of superficies against the Defendants, the heir of the deceased H.
