Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who sells livestock products under the name of “D” in front of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul.
A person who intends to operate a livestock product sales business shall be equipped with the facilities prescribed by the relevant statutes and shall report his/her business to the competent authority.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, without filing a business report with the competent authority from July 17, 2020 to September 2, 2020, operated livestock product sales business, such as raising sales of approximately KRW 6 million on an average monthly basis, by selling cooling machines, swine scrapers, etc. to unspecified customers who find the said business place.
