2. The defendant does not pay the above fine.

At around 16:30 on October 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) laid down two female students from C next to Jin-si in Jin-si, Jin-si; and (b) laid down the Defendant’s sexual organ in his hand; (c) continued to run the Defendant’s sexual organ in his hand; (d) around 16:40 on the same day, the Defendant got her female students from the vicinity of the above C next bank trees; and (e) her fluencing the Defendant’s sexual organ into his hand, and then her fluencing the Defendant’s sexual organ.

Accordingly, the Defendant made a patently obscene act at a public place twice.
