However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. A person who intends to export, import, remove, or bring in globally endangered species and products processed therefrom in violation of the Wildlife Protection and Management Act shall obtain permission from the Minister of Environment, and no person shall capture, collect, purchase, transfer, or acquire, assist or mediate transfer or acquisition, possess, occupy, or exhibit globally endangered species and products processed therefrom, which have not been permitted;

Nevertheless, from mid-20 on December 28, 2017 to January 28, 2020, the Defendant purchased products, etc. made from sales of leather products from the name-free wildlife of Vietnam, and carried them into the Republic of Korea without permission by means of pretending to be personal cargo, etc., and carried them into the Republic of Korea without permission. In such a manner, the Defendant carried them into the Republic of Korea by using the aforementioned three types of malicious leather, three bad weatherer, one bad weatherer, one bad weatherer, four bad weatherer, four bad weatherer, 11 bad weatherer, one bad weatherer, one bad weatherer handbag, four bad weatherer bag, and three bad weatherer bag for sale, and kept them in the Defendant’s dwelling in the west-gu, west-si. B.

As a result, the defendant brought the processed products of globally endangered species into Korea without permission, and owned and possessed them.

2. If a foreigner staying in Korea in violation of the Immigration Control Act intends to engage in activities falling under the status of sojourn other than that falling under such status, he/she shall obtain prior permission from the Minister of Justice for activities

Nevertheless, the Defendant, who is granted the status of non-professional employment (E-9-3) to a foreigner of Vietnam’s nationality, shall reside in the Republic of Korea and engage in agriculture. However, from December 2, 2017 to January 28, 2020, the Defendant, as described in paragraph (1), processed the leathers, etc. of malicious species (E-9-3), which were brought in as described in paragraph (1), conducts public relations through the broadcast of Pons (E. C), and received sales proceeds from the Defendant’s name as agricultural bank account.
