However, the above sentence against Defendant A for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

1. Defendant A is a person who operates a commercial sex trafficking business with the trade name “F” in Kim Jong-si, E and 501.

From the beginning of August 2015 to February 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) equipped with three rest rooms in the said business establishment; (b) three rooms in the lock room; (c) and (d) employment B as the chief of the office, and had a business establishment, female employees; (b) employ female employees; (c) receive 110,000 won of sexual traffic from male descendants; and (d) paid 60,000 won of the sexual traffic to female employees; and (e) had female employees provide sexual intercourse with male guests.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with B to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

Defendant B introduced F’s business operators to F’s business owners, and, from the early August 2015 to the early February 16, 2016, Defendant B kept F business establishments instead of taking care of F business establishments, managed female employees, and worked as the head of the office in return for consideration from A while providing customer guidance and management of her title-based customers.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with A to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
