Defendant

A is a person in charge of safety and health management and a representative director who actually manages matters concerning safety and health of workers belonging to B, and is a business owner who conducts acts for B, a business owner. Defendant B is a business owner who is a corporation established on October 24, 2005, which employs 11 full-time workers as a corporation established on October 24, 2005 for the purpose of seven businesses, such as the head office and the Gyeongbuk-gun, the Gyeongbuk-gun, respectively.

1. Defendant A
