1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,00,000 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 2, 2016 to the date of complete payment.
1. Around October 2006, the Plaintiff sought reimbursement of KRW 35 million from the Defendant by setting the due date until December 31, 2006, with interest rate of KRW 15 million.
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. Partial dismissed parts are recognized only as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum in accordance with the provisions on statutory interest rate under Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553), which were promulgated as of September 25, 2015 and enforced from October 1, 2015, and claims for damages for delay in excess thereof should be dismissed.
