A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Cunst Vehicles.
On June 15, 2015, at around 11:35, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.199% without a car driver’s license, and the Defendant was under the direction of the pressure NAN distance from the direction of pressure cherb in the direction of pressure cherb, depending on one-lane of the two-lanes in front of the oil station located in Busan Metropolitan City D.
