However, as to the Defendants for one year from the date of the final judgment of this case, the Defendants are above.

1. Counterfeiting a content certificate and uttering of a falsified investigation document;

A. On August 23, 2018, the Defendants prepared a certificate of content of the title “H” with the content that the above union’s office located in Ulsan-gun F, Ulsan-gun without obtaining the consent of G, a director of the said union, and the implementation agency contract of the said union and E, a stock company, becomes null and void, and entered the name of the sender G in the radio transmitter column and affixed a seal of G’s will kept by the said union.

As a result, the Defendants forged one copy of the content certificate in the name of G, etc., which is a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of uttering.

B. The Defendants exercised the aforementioned forged content certificate by sending it to K by registered mail to the representative director of the JJ, a corporation, who knows that the above content certificate was forged through the staff I working in the office of the said association at the same time and at the same place as the above paragraph (a).
