A, B, and C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million, and Defendant D shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.0 million.

The defendants are the defendants.

Defendant

A, B, and C are members of the agricultural cooperative, who participated in an election of executive officers, such as the director-standing director and auditor of the agricultural cooperative, which was enforced February 13, 2014, and Defendant D is the representative of the agricultural cooperative, who supports P as a candidate for directors in the above election of executive officers.

No person shall provide, or express his/her intention to provide, money, goods, entertainment or other property benefits to a member or his/her family for the purpose of having himself/herself or a specific person elected or not elected as an executive or representative of a local agricultural cooperative.

1. On February 2, 2014, Defendant A filed an appeal for support to Defendant A, a member of the agricultural cooperative, who operates a street store selling stuffs in front of the OF R branch located in Q, to the effect that he would bring about voting at the OF’s election of executive officers of the agricultural cooperative, and issued 2,000,000 won of rice at the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant provided money and valuables to S who are members of the agricultural cooperative for the purpose of getting himself elected as an executive of the agricultural cooperative.

2. On February 2014, Defendant B lodged support of KRW 200,000 in cash to S, a member of the agricultural cooperative, through T and U, who filed for support to the effect that he/she would bring about voting in an election of executive officers of the agricultural cooperative through T and U, in front of the OF R branch located in Q Q.

Accordingly, the defendant provided money to S who is a member for the purpose of getting himself elected as an OF executive.

3. On February 2, 2014, Defendant C filed an appeal for support of KRW 200,000 in cash with Defendant C, a member of the agricultural cooperative, who operates a street store that sells vegetables in front of the OF R branch located in Q, to the effect that he/she would bring about voting at the OF election.

Accordingly, the defendant provided money and valuables to S who are members of the agricultural cooperative for the purpose of getting himself elected as an executive of the agricultural cooperative.
