A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving)
On November 12, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.220% during blood transfusion around 19:05, and made the front of the 3-day apartment distance of 2th day, Seo-gu, Seoyang-gu, Busan, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Goyangyang-gu, to turn to the right from the 11st apartment on the side of the apartment complex.
