Punishment of the crime
A person who intends to sell a media product harmful to juveniles shall verify the age and identity of the other party and shall not sell a media product harmful to juveniles for profit.
Nevertheless, around 01:00 on August 31, 2013, the Defendant sold the 'C' 'C' that is operated by the Defendant in Mapo-si B, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, and sold the Da(17 years of age) and 3 customers, who are juveniles, by multiplying the 2nd week, which is a media product harmful to juveniles.
