A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime

Although the fact was false, there was no intention or ability to send it to the victim S students because they did not have admission tickets.
As such, the Defendant deceivings the victim S students, and was transferred KRW 122,00 from the victim S students to the National Bank Account (T) in the name of the Defendant.
[2015 Highest 7931, hereinafter “7931”) Defendant is so-called from a school group, who is appointed to the Navy of the Republic of Korea and is in U.S.
