Article 4 (Amount of Services)

The amount shall be calculated on the basis of the total floor area of a newly built building (including underground floors) presented by the association, and the total floor area of a newly constructed building at the time of authorization for project implementation shall be settled accordingly

VI.(Method of Payment of Service Fees)

1. A (Defendant) shall pay to B the amount of services as follows:
