On August 28, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment and 300,000 won of fine for aiding and abetting fraud at the Jeonju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 15, 2009.

After sending letters of loan advertisement to many and unspecified persons together with D and E, the Defendant, while providing loan consultation with the victims who wish to borrow, had the victims transfer money to another financial account under the name of credit rating adjustment and loan commission, which was prepared in advance, and E conspired to acquire money from the victims by means of immediately withdrawing the money transferred by the victims in cash.

1. On December 10, 201, the Defendant offered to rent an office to commit the crime with D, and, at the office of G Authorized Broker Office No. 107, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the G Authorized Broker Office, the G Authorized Broker Office, I sent to H a copy of the I’s resident registration certificate, and the said H made the following: “I will pay rent for three months from the lessor and rent for 2.3 million won from the lessor and lease F Building No. 1412.”

After that, D received a letter of monthly rent contract from the above H and signed the name of “I” in the lessee column and submitted it to the above H without knowledge of such forged fact.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, forged and exercised one chapter of the monthly rent contract under the name of I, a private document related to rights and obligations for the purpose of uttering.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act conspireds with D and E to obtain an account by deceiving other persons to use them for their fraud. On December 3, 2011 through around December 4, 201, the J who received the text message on loan advertisement and called “10,000,000 won when sending the passbook and e-mail card.”
