1. The Defendants jointly and severally committed against the Plaintiff KRW 44,33,040 and Defendant A Co., Ltd. from August 24, 2017.

The Plaintiff’s determination as to the cause of the claim supplied goods to Defendant Company A from January 2016 to June 2017, 2017, and the price for the goods that was not paid was 44,33,040, and Defendant B’s joint and several surety obligation against the Plaintiff of the Defendant Company A is not disputed between the parties, or acknowledged by adding the overall purport of the pleadings to the items in the evidence Nos. 1 through 3, and No. 1.
According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 4,33,040 won and the following day after the original copy of the instant payment order or the duplicate of the complaint, which is calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from August 24, 2017 to the day of full payment, and Defendant B is jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 15% interest per annum from March 14, 2018 to the day of full payment.
2. In conclusion, since the plaintiff's respective claims against the defendants against the defendants are well-grounded, it is decided as per Disposition with all of them.
