The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a low-priced car.

1. On November 21, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the F underground parking lot located in Daegu-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, to the front road of the H council members located in the same Gu G from around 1km to around 1km.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Death) and the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) driven the said car without obtaining a driver’s license at the time of the foregoing day, and led the road of four lanes in front of the H members in Daegu-gu G, Seo-gu, to drive the said car at a speed of about 81km per hour from the fourth distance towards the merchants’ four-lane distance.

At the time of night and its limit is 50 km speed, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by complying with the restricted speed to those engaged in driving business and accurately manipulating the steering gear and brake system.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused the victim J(17 tax) to go beyond the floor on the part of the victim I (18 tax) who entered the road from the right side to the left side of the road with the speed exceeding 31 km per hour. The Defendant got the victim J(17 tax) who is the front part of the right side of the said car.

Ultimately, the Defendant had I due to the above occupational negligence in 04:30 on the same day, and had I receive treatment at the Yong-Namnam University Hospital located in 170, Nam-gu, Daegu, Nam-gu, Daegu, and caused death due to cerebral cerebral cerebral cerebriform, etc., and suffered injury to J, such as incomplete flachis, in which the number of days of treatment is unknown.

3. The Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official document shall cause a traffic accident as above at the time and place specified in paragraph 2, and present a driver’s license from the slope belonging to the Daegu Police Station K Zone.
