(However, among the causes of the same claim, ‘creditor' is changed into ‘Plaintiff', and ‘debtor' into ‘Defendant', respectively. (B)
A judgment without pleading: Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act
2. The interest rate after October 5, 2015, following the delivery of the original copy of the payment order, pursuant to Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which was amended on September 25, 2015, shall be 15% per annum.
