The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On May 12, 2018, at the main point of “C” located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on May 12, 2018, the Defendant committed assault against the victim, such as taking the victim’s face by hand, taking the victim’s face from the victim’s hair, and taking the victim’s face from the victim’s scene, leaving the scene from the victim’s scene, and taking the victim’s back back to the scene.
