1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
1. The Plaintiff: (a) concluded a credit card transaction agreement with the Gangwon Bank Co., Ltd. (the Plaintiff was merged with Choung Bank on September 15, 199); and (b) obtained a credit card; and (c) obtained a loan from the said bank; (b) the Plaintiff asserted that on October 31, 2002, the Promotion Savings Bank Co., Ltd. acquired the above claim against the Defendant in sequential order from the Promotion Savings Bank Co., Ltd. on June 15, 201; and (c) on July 1, 2014, the Plaintiff claimed against the Defendant for the payment of the principal and interest of KRW 120,661,239 in total as of July 1, 2014 and the principal of KRW 24,861,472.
However, it is not sufficient to acknowledge the existence of the Plaintiff’s claim solely on the basis of the entries of No. 1-2, No. 2, and No. 2, and the results of the financial transaction information reply to the new card company of this court, and there is no other evidence to prove otherwise.
2. The plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed for reasons.
