1. Violence;

A. On April 9, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime on April 11, 2013, and instructed the F Arts Center located in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun to engage in creative practice, and assaulted six times the victim’s head on his/her debt on the ground that the extension of the victim did not lead to his/her mind.

B. On January 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 16:00 on January 3, 2014, the crime committed assaulted the victim’s head at six times on the ground that the victim was unable to easily dived, while guiding the macul practice at the said F Arts Center; (b) the victim took a bath on the ground that the victim was unable to easily dived; (c) the victim’s head was flickly flive; and (d) the victim was flive.

C. The Defendant committed the crime on March 14, 2014, and around 15:00 on March 14, 2014, committed assault by having a member G off the part of the victim’s head, 10 times, by putting the victim’s head off, on the ground that the victim was unable to easily make appraisal.

On March 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00 on March 26, 2014, 2014, when the Defendant was guiding the extreme practice at the said F Arts Center, the Defendant committed assaulted the victim’s head, shoulder part, knife, knife, knife, knife, knife, knife, knife, and knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife.

2. Definating;

A. On March 21, 2014, the Defendant, who committed the crime at the F Arts Center around 09:40 on March 21, 2014, made a public insult of the victim by openly insulting the victim, on the ground that the victim’s speech that he would be forced to enter the house on the instant F Arts Center, and the victim’s other members were not negligent.

B. On March 27, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime on March 27, 2014, the said F Arts Center around 10:00.
