In light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below is just in finding the defendant guilty of the facts charged of this case for the reasons stated in its holding, and there is no error of law by misunderstanding facts or failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, or by misapprehending the legal principles on fraud, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
