1. The defendant shall receive, on February 3, 1994, the plaintiff as to the construction machinery stated in the attached list B from the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Office.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: The defendant set up a mortgage on the attached list machinery owned by the plaintiff on February 3, 1994, B, the maximum debt amount of No. 25,000,000 won on February 3, 1994, and seek implementation of the procedure for cancellation of the registration of the creation of mortgage on the ground that the secured debt has expired by prescription; 2.
