On October 25, 2013, around 22:40 on October 25, 2013, the Defendant stolen the goods equivalent to KRW 6,06 of the total amount of KRW 300,776, the market price of which was at least 9,100, and KRW 3,440,000, which was at a display stand or a livestock market where the surveillance of the victims and their employees was neglected. The Defendant brought about the theft of the total amount of KRW 6,06,00,000, total amount of KRW 3,440,000, total amount of KRW 2,450, the market price of which was at least KRW 10,00,00.
