건물명도 등 청구
1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) Of the buildings listed in the separate sheet, each point indicated in the separate sheet B, C, D, E, and B;

On March 1, 2012, the Plaintiff leased real estate indicated in the order to the Defendant as KRW 3 million, KRW 250,000 per month (payment on March 10, 2012) and KRW 24 months during the lease term (from March 10, 2012 to March 10, 2014), and the Defendant paid only rent from September 10, 2012 at the present time and did not deliver the said real estate, and filed a claim for restitution of unjust enrichment equivalent to the above real estate from September 11, 2013 and from September 11, 2013 (lease KRW 3 million to September 10, 2013).
2. Judgment by public notice of applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
