1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 58,429,110 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 7, 2017 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim: In addition to the change of 124,429,110 won in unrepaid amount to 58,429,110 won, it shall be as shown in the cause of claim in the annexed sheet; and
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
