1. The Defendant’s payment order against the Plaintiff was based on the payment order for the guaranteed debt case for the Seogu District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court 201 tea 1019.

Reasons

Since there is no dispute between the parties that the plaintiff fully repaid the obligation of the payment order under Paragraph (1) of this Article to the defendant, it is so decided as per Disposition by the court below to deny compulsory execution based on the above payment order.
