[2] On June 8, 2016, the Defendant driven a vehicle with a alcohol level of 0.153% 0.153% under the influence of alcohol during the period of suspension of a driver’s license from a section of about 500 meters from the front of the farm restaurant located in the Byju City, Incheon to the front of the road to the front of the road.
