1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 50,89,599 and KRW 50,725,039 among them, from March 30, 2011 to June 30, 2013.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Paragraph 2. The phrase “20% per annum” is deemed to be a clerical error of “15% per annum,” so it shall be corrected to “15%.”
