1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 49,639,065 and KRW 34,025,712 among them, from August 4, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(Provided, That the creditor, the creditor, and the debtor shall be deemed to be the "Plaintiff", and the debtor shall be deemed to be the "defendant";
