[Criminal Power] On September 22, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with labor for the crime of interference with business at the Daegu District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daegu Detention House on April 26, 2017.

[2018 Highest 6067] On November 19, 2018, the Defendant demanded the victim G (n, 62 years of age) (hereinafter “F”) who is a business owner in the Daegu-gu E restaurant to lend taxi expenses at around 18:50 on his/her hand, but the victim did not comply with the request, she took approximately 30 cm (30cm in total length) on his/her hand, which is a dangerous object in the table, on his/her hand, and made intimidation, and received money and valuables from the victim. However, the Defendant attempted to receive money and valuables from the victim, but failed to comply with the request and attempted to do so.

[2019 Highest 341] On October 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a cab on the front of the Extraordinary conference located in Daegu-gu H on the 14:00th day; (b) opened another cab; (c) occupied the cab; and (d) arrived at the son’s J (54 years old); (c) tried to take out the cab at the son’s seat; (d) tried to take out the son’s cab from the son’s seat to the son’s seat to the son’s seat; and (e) tried to take out the son’s cab from the son’s seat to the son’s seat to the son’s seat to the son’s seat to the son; and (e) continued to have the son’s breast.
