A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime
1. No person shall photograph the body of another person against his/her will, using a camera or any other mechanical device equipped with similar functions, which may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame;
Nevertheless, around 13:50 on June 23, 2016, the Defendant taken photographs against the Defendant’s will, as described in the list of crimes, of another person’s body, which could cause sexual humiliation or humiliation over 97 times from around 2017 to April 29, 2017, by using a cell phone camera of the Defendant’s cell phone juth galoth of the victim’s name, who was seated by a short flag in the store in Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do.
