Examining the evidence duly adopted and examined by the lower court and the first instance court, it is justifiable for the lower court to have found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged on the grounds as stated in its reasoning.

There is no error of misapprehending the legal principle on the crime of indecent act by compulsion, or exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
