1. The defendant is 5% per annum from October 1, 2005 to June 15, 2006 to each of the plaintiffs as to 9,000,000 won and its amount.

Reasons

1. In the case of loans rendered by the Incheon District Court 2006Kadan8404 on August 24, 2006, the plaintiffs indicated the claims were affirmed by winning a favorable judgment against the defendant. However, in order to interrupt extinctive prescription as to the claim for principal and interest, the second instance judgment without pleading (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
