Defendant

A, from November 28, 2017, leased the building Seoul Gangdong-gu Seoul and the building located in the sixth floor under the name of the Defendant, and Defendant B provided the necessary funds to Defendant A with the trade name “D” on the sixth floor of the said building, equipped with five rooms, two waiting rooms, and two shower rooms, and operated the telecom jointly.

During the period from September 3, 2018 to October 11, 2018, the Defendants had been running the said “D,” with the intent of engaging in a commercial sex acts in the said “D,” with three female employees, such as Thailand’s nationality E, F, and G, with the employment of 40,000 won per time of commercial sex acts, and had them engage in commercial sex acts with many unspecified male customers through “H”, etc. The Defendants received the payment of 90,000 won per male customer, and had them sexual intercourse with female employees in the said place of business in the said place of business.

As a result, the Defendants conspired from September 3, 2018 to October 11, 2018, and arranged sexual traffic for a total of 472 times by allowing many unspecified males and female employees to engage in sexual traffic, thereby raising sales equivalent to a total of 42,390,000 won, and among them, obtained profits equivalent to the remaining 21,195,000 won except the amount paid to female employees, and arranged sexual traffic.
