The first instance court.
The reason for the judgment of the court of the first instance is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of the first instance, in addition to the rejection of the results of the statement in Gap evidence Nos. 14 and 15, G testimony by the witness of the court of the first instance, and the fact inquiry by the D hospital of the court of the first instance, which is insufficient to recognize the plaintiff's assertion as additional evidence submitted in the court of the first instance, and therefore, it is cited as it is in accordance with Article 8
Therefore, the judgment of the court of first instance is just and reasonable, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
