Around July 31, 2009, the Defendant received Chapter 233 of the purchase account statement in which the value of supply was written falsely as if he were supplied with 287,205,200 won of the supply price, even though he did not receive the goods or services from the owner of the above B office, and from around that time to November 30, 2010, as shown in the separate crime list, the Defendant issued Chapter 233 of the purchase account statement in which the total amount of supply price was 70,262,951,690 won to 19 companies, as shown in the separate crime list.

2. Defendant B Stock Company (Representative K and L);

A. On January 31, 2010, from November 30, 2010 to November 30, 2010, the Defendant, an employee of the Defendant, issued 38,859,417,267 statement of sales equivalent to the total value of supply stated falsely as above, 38,859,417, and 67.
