1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,806,435 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 5, 2016 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff', and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant'. 2. Judgment without pleading(Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act)
3. To recognize only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 in accordance with the amendment of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Proceedings (Enforcement Decree).
