2) From the perspective of the fact that the construction works ordered by Samsung F&M display Co., Ltd. for the temporary lamps (hereinafter “instant temporary lamps construction”) among the construction works for a factory operation (N) in the city M&M complex (N).

(1) From September 8, 201 to October 31, 2011, the construction period of construction was set at KRW 441,10,00 (including value-added tax) and subcontracted. The contract was concluded on October 31, 201; January 31, 2012; March 30, 2012; the period of installation of temporary lamps relocation and extension of the construction period; and the extension of the construction period due to additional construction. The Defendant Jindong Industries completed the construction of the above temporary lamps on April 30, 201; Defendant Jindong Industries agreed to adjust the construction price of KRW 51,262,40 on the ground of the above alteration agreement with Samsung Engineering to KRW 10,00 (including value-added tax); Defendant Jindong Industries included the construction price of the instant case in the construction period of KRW 20,00,000 (hereinafter “instant construction period of KRW 10,500,000) and the construction price of the instant construction work of KRW 10.

Defendant Jinjin Industries discontinued the instant steel frame around April 30, 2012, and recognized that the steel frame was 95.73% at the time between Samsung Engineering and determined the construction cost as KRW 17,405,960,000.

B. On October 5, 201, the Plaintiff’s acquisition of the instant construction cost claim and the Defendants’ request for direct payment of the subcontract price, etc., are the Defendant from Defendant Jinjin Industries.
