2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff, including the part arising from the supplementary participation.

A. On March 1, 1997, the Plaintiff did not change the name of the Plaintiff at D University (Seoul University around 2014, hereinafter referred to as “instant University”).

After being newly appointed as an assistant professor in the nursing department, he was appointed as an associate professor on April 1, 2001 and as a professor on April 1, 2006. 2) The Intervenor joining the Defendant (hereinafter referred to as the “ Intervenor”) is an educational foundation that establishes and operates the instant university.

B. 1) The Plaintiff’s survey of the Plaintiff and the professors of the nursing department was conducted on several occasions from February 24, 2015, and the Plaintiff was in conflict with the Plaintiff at the University F. G, H, and I (hereinafter “the professor of the instant case”).

A) Along with the medical service and the invitation of professors of industry-academic cooperation, etc. Along with the foregoing, the University of this case raised an issue regarding the performance of duties regarding tourism business and the invitation of professors of industry-academic cooperation. From July 28, 2015 to October 13, 2015, the Nursing Department and Appeal Investigation Committee (hereinafter “instant Investigation Committee”).

(2) The instant investigation committee organized a written question about the Plaintiff’s work performance, etc., and conducted the investigation by requesting the Plaintiff to answer relevant matters and receiving them.

3) During the submission of the Plaintiff’s response to the instant case’s issue to the Investigation Committee, the professors submitted a written application to the effect that “the Plaintiff did not attend a meeting of the Nursing Evaluation Committee itself (hereinafter “instant meeting”) in preparation for the certification evaluation conducted by K, a foundation (hereinafter “K”) (hereinafter “instant evaluation”) around November 2014, while neglecting their duties, such as neglecting their duties as guidance professors, and interfere with the affairs of the department, such as attending the nursing Department and the meeting, and intimidation and verbal abuse were committed by the instant professors (hereinafter “instant application”).
