The Defendant, as a ship of Chinese nationality, conspiredd to make a false marriage with C, while making a disguised marriage with C, with the intention of acquiring Korean nationality without the intention of marriage, for the purpose of acquiring Korean nationality.

On March 14, 2005, the Defendant: (a) made a false visit to the above C or mutually on the basis of the introduction of a disguised marriage broker in a place in which the Chinese roadside is located; and (b) sent the family register and a copy of his identification card necessary for the report of marriage to the above C on April 14, 2005 by mail to the above C, who returned to the Republic of Korea on April 14, 2005; (c) made a marriage report in the family register of the head of the Gu/Si/Gu office located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, the head of the Si/Gu, and submitted it to the above Gu office, and (d) made the public official in charge of the family register enter the marriage report in the family register of the Supreme Court, which is a public electronic record of the family register, and exercised it by having the public official in charge of the said office enter the public electronic records recorded in the computer network of the Supreme Court of Korea,
