Reasons
The reasoning of this Court’s explanation in this case is as follows: even if the statements in Eul’s Evidence No. 12-1, 2, and 3 are presented, the fact-finding of the first instance court or the fact-finding of the defendant’s assertion is insufficient; and therefore, it is cited pursuant to Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act, except where the facts-finding of the first instance court or the defendant’s assertion are added.
If so, the decision of the first instance court is legitimate, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
