A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
No person shall sell alcoholic beverages which are drugs harmful to juveniles under the Juvenile Protection Act.
Nevertheless, around October 20, 2017, the Defendant sold alcoholic beverages in total of 12,00 won, including 2 bottles and 1 bottles, which are harmful to juveniles, to four juveniles, such as Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and E in the first floor, G(16).
