1. From 1,00,000 to 1,000 won, the Defendant shall from October 1, 2016 to the completion date of delivery of the building as indicated in the separate sheet.

Reasons

According to the statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5, the facts of the reasons for the claim can be acknowledged. Thus, the defendant is obligated to deliver the above building to the plaintiff at the same time with the payment of the remainder after deducting the rent calculated at the rate of KRW 100,000 per month from KRW 1 million to October 1, 2016 to the delivery date of the building indicated in the separate sheet from October 1, 2016 to the delivery date.
