On July 2015, 2015, the Defendant accepted a proposal stating that “The Defendant will pay money when he/she withdraws money from the corporate account by forging an application for the re-issuance of a corporate seal imprint card and obtaining the re-issuance of a corporate seal imprint card with the corporate seal imprint card and then using the corporate seal imprint card.”

At around 13:10 on July 21, 2015, the Defendant forged private document: “A (H, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, E-3 floors)” written in the form of a request for the re-issuance of a seal imprint card kept in the public service center of the Gu, Gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, and 3: 313; F, reason for issuance: Card sharing, media classification card, and password: G: The Defendant written in the form of a request for re-issuance of the seal imprint card located in the public service center of the Gu, Dong-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and Dong-gu; and written in the letter of delegation at the end of the application, stating that “A (H, Dong-gu, and 3 floors)” and written in the letter of delegation at the end of the application form, and then arbitrarily signed and sealed the name of the new corporation A, a seal imprint registered.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant, without authority, forged an application for re-issuance, such as a seal imprint card, which is a private document concerning a certificate of fact in the name of D representative director F, and the attached list of crimes from around the above time to August 4, 2015.

1. The applicant forged an application for re-issuance, such as a seal imprint card, on five occasions in total as indicated.

2. On July 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 13:10 on July 21, 2015, submitted an application for re-issuance, such as a forged seal card, at the place prescribed in paragraph (1) of the said Article, to a public official in charge of name-free use, as if the application was duly completed; and (b) from around the above time to August 4, 2015, the list of crimes committed

1. A counterfeited seal card, as recorded, on a total of five occasions;
