However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a cruise car.

At around 06:20 on March 9, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car on the offside from the offside to the Seoul gate, driving the said car on a four-lane way in front of the D gas station in Suwon-si C at Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and failed to keep the victim E (Nam, 33 years old) driving a mast-down signal, which was driven on the mast-down plane in Seoul, on the right side of the back of the cruise car and received the front part of the mast-down part of the said cruise car, with the front part of the said cruise car.

As a result, the Defendant, by negligence in the above business, caused the victim E to inflict an injury on salt, tensions, etc. in light of tensions requiring treatment for about two weeks, and caused the victim G (V, 47 years old) who was on board the said high-est car to suffer an injury to salt, tensions, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks, and at the same time, did not immediately stop the said high-est car to cover approximately KRW 979,306, and failed to take necessary measures such as providing relief to the victim, etc.
